李保险，工学博士，讲师，硕士生导师。获得2021年度“中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文”作者称号。IJPE、JAT期刊同行评审专家。

讲授本科课程《道路勘测设计》和《公路工程检测技术》，研究生课程《智能优化算法》和《道路工程中的智能算法》。

主持博士后科学基金和辽宁省科技厅博士启动基金2项，参与国家自然科学基金，高铁联合基金等3项。公开发表论文10余篇，授权专利4项。在国家百佳出版社出版专著1部，参编教材1部。

指导学生竞赛获奖：第三届全国智慧城市与智能建造大学生创新创业竞赛，创意组二等奖；第二届辽宁省智慧城市与智能建造大学生创新创业竞赛，一等奖。

主要研究方向：道路工程，交通基础设施自动化检测技术，深度学习算法，人工智能图像分类算法，工程图像处理，三维激光扫描硬件集成技术。
